-Alba Via-

Quartz Turkey
Origin: Muğla, south-west Turkey – Coante plant
Alba Via is a Coante quartz surface from the Emotional series of the Essence line, with a light cream-greige background and fine dark veins running across the slab in parallel diagonals. It gives a warm, bright result with the strength and easy care of quartz – ideal for kitchen and bathroom countertops in soft, natural interiors.

Description & Features

Alba Via belongs to the Emotional series of the premium Essence line by Coante, the Turkish quartz-surface producer founded in 2018 in Muğla by the Ermaş group, active in marble and travertine since 1985. Its background is a soft cream-to-grey (greige) with a fine speckled texture, while thin dark grey veins, like pencil lines, cross the slab diagonally, almost parallel to each other, with gentle undulations and a few branches. It is made with Breton technology from quartz grains, polyester resin and pigments, vibro-compacted into a solid, non-porous slab: according to Coante, water absorption is below 0.07% (class W4), hardness is 7 on the Mohs scale and flexural strength exceeds 35 MPa (class F4). It is available polished or with a textured leather finish, in 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses and in Jumbo (330 × 164 cm) and Medium (310 × 152 cm) slabs. It suits kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, wall cladding and interior stairs, where its light shade makes the room look more spacious. It cleans with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaner; it needs a trivet under hot cookware and is not recommended for permanent sun exposure.
