Diversa bears the signature of Coante, a quartz surface producer in Muğla, Turkey, founded in 2018 by the Ermaş group and producing slabs on Breton lines. The product image shows a uniform, solid-colour slab in a dark, warm grey with a brownish undertone – a deep taupe – with a very fine, almost invisible grain and no veins or pattern, leaving the leading role to the lines of the design and the other materials in the room. As a Coante quartz it is compact and non-porous and is rated W4 for water absorption (below 0.07%), F4 for flexural strength (above 35 MPa) and C4 for chemical resistance, according to the manufacturer’s data. Coante slabs measure Jumbo 330 × 164 cm or Medium 310 × 152 cm and are 15, 20 or 30 mm thick; for Diversa, sizes and finish are confirmed when ordering. Its neutral, even look makes it suitable for kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, furniture surfaces and wall cladding. It needs no sealing and cleans easily with a damp cloth and a neutral detergent; hot cookware always needs a trivet.
