-Soapstone Metropolis-
Description & Features
As its name suggests, Soapstone Metropolis refers to the look of soapstone (steatite). It is a Coante long-vein design. The background is a uniform charcoal grey with a very fine texture and no strong variations, and on it a few crisp white veins – thin, slightly jagged – cross the slab in almost straight diagonals, leaving large quiet areas. The contrast is strong but restrained, with an architectural character. Coante, founded in 2018 in Muğla as an Ermaş group company, produces solid quartz slabs with Breton technology; its data give water absorption of less than 0.07%, flexural strength greater than 35 MPa (F4), a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale and chemical resistance class C4. The brand's slabs are produced in 330 × 164 and 310 × 152 cm, 15, 20 or 30 mm thick; the available finishes and sizes for this design are confirmed at the ordering stage. It suits kitchen countertops, islands, bathroom vanity tops, wall cladding and tables. Care is simple: a damp or microfibre cloth, a neutral cleaner for stains and a trivet for hot cookware.
Why choose Soapstone Metropolis
