-Crystal Carrara-
Description & Features
With Crystal Carrara, Coante offers a quiet, contemporary interpretation of Carrara marble within its Essence line, the premium quartz range it produces in Muğla, Turkey. The background is a clean, almost pure white, covered throughout by a dense mesh of very small, curved veins in light grey, scattered and airy, which give the surface subtle movement and depth without losing brightness; anyone who prefers a warmer tone will find a similar texture with gold-beige veins in Carrara Oro. It is made with Breton technology from quartz, polyester resin and pigments; the manufacturer describes it as scratch and stain resistant, while the technical data give water absorption below 0.07% (W4), Mohs hardness 7 and abrasion resistance class A4. It is available in polished and leather finishes, in 330 × 164 cm and 310 × 152 cm slabs, with 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses. It is suitable for kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, splashbacks, wall cladding and furniture. No sealing is needed; a damp cloth, a trivet under hot cookware and avoidance of abrasives and solvents are enough.
Why choose Crystal Carrara
- Clean white with fine, scattered grey veins
- Scratch and stain resistant (per Coante)
- Abrasion resistance class A4
- Water absorption < 0.07% – no sealing
