-Eternal-
Description & Features
Originating in the Far East, Eternal belongs to a quartz range where production takes place on lines outside Breton technology and every slab is shaped by hand – which gives a natural look and makes each slab slightly different. On a soft white background, its veins are of medium width and light grey with a warm beige cast (greige), with a granular, almost sandy interior and a fine outline; they branch into large, irregular polygons and let fine hairlines escape in all directions. The contrast is low to moderate, so the pattern is clearly visible without dominating, in a calm version of the classic Calacatta structure. The non-porous surface needs no sealing and has high stain resistance; no technical sheet has been issued for the product, so the table gives typical values for resin-bound quartz. The finish is polished, and available sizes are confirmed together with the thickness for each order. It is recommended for kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, splashbacks, wall cladding and tables. A damp cloth with a neutral detergent is all it needs; use a trivet under hot cookware, avoid strong acids or solvents and keep it away from sunny outdoor locations.
Why choose Eternal
- Greige veins with a granular texture
- Classic Calacatta structure in calm tones
- Fine hairline veins add detail
- High stain resistance, no sealing
Technical Specifications
| Material | Engineered quartz composite – quartz grains bound with resin; each slab shaped individually by hand on non-Breton production lines |
| Color & Pattern | Soft white background with branching greige veins of granular texture and fine hairlines |
| Hardness (Mohs) | ≈7 (typical for quartz surfaces) |
| Density (g/cm³) | ≈2.3–2.5 (typical range for quartz surfaces – not stated for this product) |
| Water Absorption (%) | Very low (typically < 0.1% for quartz surfaces – no value stated for this product) |
| Frost Resistance | Recommended for interiors; no freeze–thaw test data are published for this product and, because of the resin binder, permanent sun exposure (UV) can change the colour |
| Acid Sensitivity | High stain resistance thanks to the non-porous surface; no chemical-resistance class is published – avoid strong acids, alkalis and solvents |
| Recommended Finishes | Polished |
