-Deep Blue-

Quartz Vietnam / China (Aurea Stone plants, per the EPD)
Turquoise, cyan and deep teal in crystalline fields, within a dark brown-black network of veins: this is the exotic look of Aurea Stone's Deep Blue, reminiscent of labradorite. Printed on an RGS recycled-glass surface rather than quartz, it becomes the centrepiece of islands, bars and interior walls.

Description & Features

For those who want a surface that catches the eye at once, Aurea Stone's Deep Blue brings the look of an exotic stone to a printed slab. Large crystalline fields in intense turquoise, cyan and deep teal, with bright flashes in places, are separated by a dense network of dark brown-black veins and shadows; the whole recalls labradorite and has a strong sense of depth. As part of the Symphony family, produced in Vietnam and China according to the EPD, it is not quartz: it is an RGS surface made from recycled materials such as glass (up to 90%) with resins, using crystalline-silica-free materials, which is nevertheless cut and installed with quartz methods. The pattern is printed with Nano-Ink technology on one face, with the ink penetrating up to 1 mm, and the manufacturer recommends mitred edges. The line is available in 3200 × 1600 mm slabs, 20 mm thick, with a polished finish, while the NEOS protectant repels stains and is covered by a lifetime anti-stain warranty. It works as a focal point on islands, bar counters, bathroom vanity tops and wall cladding, for interior use only. For cleaning, use a damp cloth and a neutral-pH cleaner.

Why choose Deep Blue
