Quartz Vietnam / China (Aurea Stone plants, per the EPD)
Blue onyx in a printed version: Figaro, from the Opera Collection (Symphony by Aurea Stone), combines sky blue, steel blue and milky white with dark, whimsical veins. As an RGS recycled-glass surface it is not quartz, but it is worked like quartz – for countertops, bathroom furniture and interior walls.

Description & Features

An onyx landscape in blue tones: that is how the manufacturer describes Figaro, a design from the Opera Collection of the Symphony by Aurea Stone line, produced in Vietnam and China according to the EPD. On the slab, bands of sky blue, light blue and steel blue alternate with milky white clouds, while dark grey-blue veins cross it diagonally in whimsical, wavy lines; the manufacturer notes that the palette runs from light blue and white to green and deep blue. The material is RGS – up to 90% recycled materials such as glass with resins, free of crystalline-silica materials – and it cuts like quartz without being a quartz surface. Printing is done on one face with Nano-Ink technology, the ink reaching up to 1 mm below the surface, so mitred edges are recommended. The slab measures 3200 × 1600 mm, is 20 mm thick, has a polished finish and a bookmatch option. It is suggested for countertops, bathroom furniture and walls, with cool shades such as green and white or next to white surfaces with subtle veining, while lighting brings out the depth and translucent effects of the pattern. Thanks to the NEOS protectant it needs minimal care – a damp cloth and a neutral-pH cleaner – and it is intended for interior use only.
