-Nova Q-
Description & Features
The hand-made production – each slab is made individually by Far East producers – shows in the rich, irregular texture of Nova Q. The background is a warm light grey with a beige cast (greige), dotted with round, lighter spots like small pebbles or fossils that give the surface a sense of depth. Between them appear short, broken vein segments in dark grey and grey-brown, granular in texture, sometimes isolated and sometimes in small chains, while in places fine vertical lines also form. Compared with the softer Cloudy Q it has more character and a stronger texture. Despite its stony look, the surface is non-porous – quartz with resin – and needs no sealing; the table gives typical values for quartz surfaces, as no measurements are published for the product. The slab is polished, and available sizes and thicknesses are confirmed per order. It is suited to kitchen countertops and islands, bathroom vanity tops, wall cladding, tables and interior floors. Clean it with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner, use a trivet for hot cookware and avoid strong acids, solvents and permanent exposure to the sun.
Why choose Nova Q
- Stone texture with pebble-like spots and broken veins
- More character than the softer Cloudy Q
- Non-porous, no sealing
- Warm greige for kitchens in natural tones
