-La Luna-

Quartz Turkey
Origin: Manisa Organised Industrial Zone (Belenco – Lotte Chemical plant)
White, cloud-like veins in a lacy pattern over a very light pearl grey: La Luna, from Belenco's Pure series, gives a soft, bright feel with an illusion of depth. With the durability and easy care of quartz, it is ideal for kitchen countertops, bathrooms and wall cladding.

Description & Features

Belenco's Pure series is dedicated to clean, calm shades, and La Luna follows this philosophy with an almost white palette. The background is a very light pearl grey, on which white, cloud-like veins form irregular, lacy outlines, like waves or clouds, with soft grey shading that gives a sense of depth; the pattern spreads evenly over the whole slab, without strong contrasts. It is produced in Manisa, Turkey, by Belenco (Lotte Chemical) on Breton lines and, as a quartz, it is non-porous: according to the manufacturer, water absorption is 0.04%, flexural strength at least 40 MPa and freeze–thaw resistance is confirmed per EN 14617-5. The polished La Luna is cut from Extra (152 × 310 cm) or Jumbo (165 × 330 cm) slabs, 15, 20 or 30 mm thick. In bright, minimalist spaces it suits kitchen countertops and islands, bathrooms, wall cladding and splashbacks, as well as stairs and floors. Care only needs a damp cotton cloth with a little neutral soap; no sealing is needed, but hot cookware needs a trivet and strong acids, alkalis and solvents should be avoided.

Why choose La Luna

  • Pearl grey with white, cloud-like veins
  • Belenco Pure series – clean, calm shades
  • Water absorption 0.04% – no sealing
  • Jumbo 165 × 330 cm slabs for fewer joints
