-Snow Flake-
Description & Features
Despite a wintry name that refers to the snowflake, Snow Flake is not a cold white: Coante describes it as a warm, natural white – minimal, but inviting. It belongs to the Pure series of the Essence line, and its colour is a white with a slight cream tint, spread evenly across the slab with no visible veins, flecks or variation; compared with the neutral white of Elysee from the same series, it gives a softer, more intimate feel. Coante, founded in 2018 in Muğla, Turkey, with a capacity of around 2 million m² a year, makes the slabs with Breton technology from quartz particles, polyester resin and pigments; the material is non-porous, with water absorption below 0.07% (W4), Mohs hardness 7 and chemical resistance class C4. It comes polished or in a textured leather finish, in Jumbo (330 × 164 cm) and Medium (310 × 152 cm) slabs, with 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses, and the manufacturer offers a warranty of up to 15 years against manufacturing defects. It is suitable for kitchen countertops and islands, bathroom vanity tops, splashbacks, furniture and tables. It cleans with a damp or microfibre cloth; abrasives, harsh chemicals and direct contact with hot cookware should be avoided.
