-Amalfi-

Quartz Turkey
Origin: Manisa Organised Industrial Zone (Belenco – Lotte Chemical plant)
Sparse, hair-fine grey veins over a soft off-white background define Amalfi, a quartz surface from Belenco's Natural series. From a distance it looks almost solid white, up close it reveals a discreet marble texture, and with the durability of quartz it suits kitchen countertops, islands and bathrooms in a minimalist style.

Description & Features

Amalfi belongs to Belenco's Natural series, a range of designs inspired by nature, produced by the Turkish company of the Korean LOTTE group with Bretonstone technology in Manisa. The background is a very light, neutral off-white on which sparse, very fine grey lines – like hairline cracks – and small hazy flecks are drawn, so that from a distance the slab reads as an almost uniform white and up close reveals a discreet marble texture. As a composite of quartz grains and resin it practically does not absorb liquids: Belenco gives water absorption of 0.04%, flexural strength of at least 40 MPa (class F4) and compressive strength of around 230 MPa, while chemical resistance is rated class C4. The company produces Extra (152 × 310 cm) and Jumbo (165 × 330 cm) slabs in 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses; Amalfi is available in a polished finish. It suits kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, splashbacks and wall cladding where brightness is wanted without strong veining. Cleaning is done with a damp cloth and a mild neutral detergent; no sealing is needed, but hot cookware placed directly on the surface and strong chemicals are best avoided.

Why choose Amalfi

  • Almost solid white with a fine marble texture
  • Belenco Natural series (LOTTE group)
  • Water absorption 0.04% – no sealing needed
  • Chemical resistance class C4

Export & project supply

SKARIS MARBLE supplies Amalfi to stone importers, fabricators, architects and hotel projects outside Greece. From our facility in Thessaloniki we handle the whole order in-house:

  • Slab selection and matching – we grade and match the slabs for colour and veining, so a large order stays uniform across the whole project.
  • Cut-to-size and finishing – pieces cut, edged and finished to your drawings, numbered per room or elevation and ready to install.
  • Mixed shipments – Greek marbles, granites, porous limestone (porolithos) and quartz surfaces can be combined in one order.
  • Export packing – crated and labelled for sea or road freight, ex-works Thessaloniki; delivered terms quoted on request.

Send us your drawings or quantities and we will come back with a quotation and availability.
