-Metropol Grey-

Quartz Turkey
Origin: Manisa Organised Industrial Zone (Belenco – Lotte Chemical plant)
So dark it approaches black, Metropol Grey from Belenco's Loft series is a warm charcoal grey with a sparse network of fine pale grey veins. It offers an urban, refined look with the low maintenance of quartz – ideal for kitchens, islands and bathrooms with a dark palette.

Description & Features

The name Metropol Grey evokes the big city, and the colour belongs to Belenco's Loft series, which the manufacturer recommends for combinations with wood, metal and bold shades. In the photo the background is a very dark grey with a warm brown-olive undertone, so deep that it almost reads as black, with soft cloudy variations and a sparse network of fine, broken pale grey to white veinlets. It is produced with Bretonstone technology in Manisa by Lotte Chemical and, according to Belenco, has water absorption of 0.04%, compressive strength of about 230 MPa, flexural strength ≥ 40 MPa and chemical resistance class C4. It comes polished, in 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses and in Extra (152 × 310 cm) and Jumbo (165 × 330 cm) slabs, while Belenco also offers it in a matt finish through the Seta Collection. It works with kitchens and islands in dark or contrasting palettes, bathroom vanity tops and tables, and can also clad walls, stairs or interior floors. Care is simple: a damp cloth with a neutral cleaner, no sealing, a trivet for hot cookware and no strong acids, alkalis or solvents.

Why choose Metropol Grey
