-Statuario Light-
Description & Features
Made in the Far East with a technology other than Breton, the slabs of Statuario Light are shaped one by one by hand, for a natural look with small differences from slab to slab. It is a Statuario design in a very discreet version: on a soft white background, translucent bands in very light grey almost disappear into the white, while fine hairline veins in warm taupe, with a slightly brownish cast, form large, irregular cells. The main flow is diagonal, from upper left to lower right, and the contrast very low, so the surface reads almost as a monochrome white with a fine texture. Its delicate look does not mean demanding care: as resin-bound quartz it has no pores, is not sealed and resists stains; no official measurements are given, so the table lists typical values. It is polished, and slab sizes and thicknesses are confirmed in the quotation. Wherever a calm, bright result is wanted – on kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, splashbacks, wall cladding or furniture – it is a discreet solution. A damp cloth, a neutral cleaner, a trivet for hot cookware and protection from the sun are all it takes to keep it in good condition.
Why choose Statuario Light
- Very gentle contrast – an almost monochrome white
- Fine veins in warm taupe
- Faint translucent bands for subtle depth
- No sealing – non-porous
