Angel White comes from Belenco, the Turkish quartz-surface brand of Lotte Chemical, which runs a plant with Bretonstone lines (technology of the Italian company Breton) in the Manisa Organised Industrial Zone. It is a neutral, all-white colour: the surface looks uniform, without veins, specks or visible grain, and reflects plenty of light, which is why it suits minimalist compositions next to wood, black metal or strongly coloured cabinets. As a composite of quartz grains bound with resin it has no pores and needs no sealing; according to Belenco's general technical data, water absorption is 0.04%, flexural strength exceeds 40 MPa and compressive strength reaches about 230 MPa, with a reaction-to-fire classification of A2-s1,d0. Belenco produces Extra (152 × 310 cm) and Jumbo (165 × 330 cm) slabs in 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses; Angel White is available polished, and sizes and thicknesses for this specific colour are confirmed when ordering. In the kitchen it works on countertops and islands, in the bathroom on vanity tops, and it can also be used for splashbacks, furniture and wall cladding. As with any light-coloured surface, spills are best wiped up before they dry; for daily care a damp cloth with a mild neutral soap is enough, while hot cookware always needs a trivet.
