-Olympos-

Quartz Turkey
Origin: Manisa Organised Industrial Zone (Belenco – Lotte Chemical plant)
A coarse-grained white texture, with grains in white, light grey and translucent greyish beige, gives Olympos from Belenco's Classic series the look of white granite or terrazzo. Its marked depth is combined with the non-porous, easy-care surface of quartz – for kitchen countertops, islands, stairs and bathrooms.

Description & Features

Olympos, a colour from Belenco's Classic series, differs from veined whites because of its pronounced granular composition. Belenco, the quartz-surface brand of Lotte Chemical with its headquarters and plant in Manisa, Turkey, uses Bretonstone technology on its lines. The surface of Olympos consists of densely packed grains of various sizes: white and milky grains alternate with light grey and translucent greyish-beige fragments, some noticeably larger than the rest, creating a lively texture with depth that recalls white granite or terrazzo. Despite the natural look, it is a composite of quartz and resin, with water absorption of 0.04%, flexural strength ≥ 40 MPa (class F4) and compressive strength of about 230 MPa, according to Belenco. Belenco slabs are produced in Extra 152 × 310 cm and Jumbo 165 × 330 cm sizes and in 15, 20 and 30 mm thicknesses, and Olympos is available polished. It is suited to kitchen and bathroom countertops, islands, stairs, interior floors and tables, where the granular texture adds character. It is cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild neutral soap; the surface needs no sealing, but it does need a trivet for hot cookware and should be kept away from solvents, strong acids and alkalis.

Why choose Olympos

  • Coarse-grained texture with depth, no veins
  • Belenco Classic series (Lotte Chemical)
  • Compressive strength ≈230 MPa (ASTM C170)
  • Water absorption 0.04% – no sealing needed

Export & project supply

SKARIS MARBLE supplies Olympos to stone importers, fabricators, architects and hotel projects outside Greece. From our facility in Thessaloniki we handle the whole order in-house:

  • Slab selection and matching – we grade and match the slabs for colour and veining, so a large order stays uniform across the whole project.
  • Cut-to-size and finishing – pieces cut, edged and finished to your drawings, numbered per room or elevation and ready to install.
  • Mixed shipments – Greek marbles, granites, porous limestone (porolithos) and quartz surfaces can be combined in one order.
  • Export packing – crated and labelled for sea or road freight, ex-works Thessaloniki; delivered terms quoted on request.

Send us your drawings or quantities and we will come back with a quotation and availability.
